Introducing Atlanta Homes & Lifestyles’ 2025 Home for the Holidays Designer Showhouse, located in Historic Brookhaven. The signature holiday home tour, in its 17th year, benefits The Atlanta History Center and is open to the public for tours on four consecutive weekends.
The newly constructed 7,500-square-foot Showhouse will be transformed into a design destination, with 15 celebrated interior designers—ranging from Patricia McLean and Jessica Whitley to Pelar Fullilove and Huff Harrington Home—each bringing their signature style to impeccably appointed rooms with a dose of high holiday style.
Home for the Holidays Showhouse is presented by builder Livingston Fine Homes, designed by Architect Linda MacArthur; landscape architecture is by Land Plus Associates and interior specifications by Valerie Garrett. The cabinetry designers are Dove Studio and Morgan Creek.

Tickets will be sold on-site daily during operating hours on November 20th, 21st, 22nd, 23rd, 28th, 29th and 30th, December 7th and 14th with the final entry time at 3:30pm. Tickets will be sold on-site daily from 12pm-3:30pm on December 4th, 5th, 6th, 11th, 12th and 13th.

PARKING
No parking is allowed on West Club Lane; violators will be ticketed. Shuttle transportation is available at Phipps Plaza. Please visit https://atlantaholidayhome.com/hours/ for shuttle parking information.
Our door-to-door shuttle will begin the day at 9:45 a.m. (Thursday through Saturday) and 12:45 p.m. (Sundays). The shuttle will run all day. There is absolutely no parking on West Club Lane.
