TICKETED EVENTS

Refund Policy
Ticket sales are final; all ticket options are non-refundable and valid only for the date selected at time of purchase. 

Exchange Policy
There is a $2.50/ticket fee to transfer your visit to another day; check your receipt for details. Ticketholder will be responsible for paying the difference for any upgrades. 

Contact Policy
Contact shop@esteemmedia.com to resolve any ticketing issues such as store credit, a product of equal value. Returns, refunds or store credit will not be considered after 30 days from initial purchase.

All sales are final. No refunds.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 

Carrier of Record
Back-issues are mailed via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail. Orders may take longer to arrive due to variables outside of our control, such as reported delays with USPS.

Damages & Lost Shipments
Atlanta Homes & Lifestyles Shop is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order was damaged in transit, please contact the carrier to file a claim, and save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
