Collection: 2026 Southeastern Designer Showhouse

Introducing Atlanta Homes & Lifestyles’ 2026 Southeastern Designer Showhouse, located in Atlanta’s coveted Chastain Park neighborhood. Now in its 11th year, the signature spring showcase tour is presented by Hask Custom Homes and benefits Solidarity Sandy Springs and is open to the public for tours on four consecutive weekends from April 16th through May 10th, 2026.

The newly constructed, 8,000 square-foot Showhouse features a sophisticated European transitional residence designed as a true forever home—one that evolves seamlessly through every stage of family life, blending timeless architecture with modern livability, showcasing six bedrooms, six-and-a-half baths, and thoughtfully layered interiors throughout. 

The 2026 Southeastern Showhouse will be a true design destination, featuring more than twenty acclaimed interior designers from across the Southeast—from Suzanne Kasler and Chris Holt to Lauren Lowe and Layton Campbell—each infusing impeccably appointed spaces with their signature style and a fresh touch of spring.

The 2026 Southeastern Designer Showhouse is designed by Architect Linda MacArthur; landscape architecture is by Floralis and interior specifications by Claudia Stimmel. The cabinetry designer is Bell Cabinetry.

PARKING

Absolutely no parking is allowed at the Showhouse or on Powers Ferry Road. Shuttle transportation is available from Chastain Park's Red Lot, 4403 Powers Ferry Rd NW, Atlanta, GA 30342

Our door-to-door shuttle will begin the day at 9:45 a.m. (Thursday through Saturday) and 12:45 p.m. (Sundays). The shuttle will run all day. Please plan on a 15-minute round trip from door to door.

* Admission and special events tickets purchased online or onsite at Southeastern Designer Showhouse  (SDS) are date- and event-specific. Tickets are valid only for the date and time of admission listed on the ticket. For directions on changing the date on your ticket, click here.

Southeastern Designer Showhouse (SDS) does not offer Exchanges, Refunds or Rainchecks on any items offered for sale in our store unless force majeure prevents HFH from performing its contractual obligation.
