Collection: 2026 Home for the Holidays

Welcome back to Atlanta Homes & Lifestyles’ 2026 Home for the Holidays Designer Showhouse! This year’s residence is located in Buckhead’s Paces neighborhood. 

The signature holiday tour runs from November 19–December 13, 2026, and is open to the public for tours Thursdays through Sundays. This year, guests will be dazzled by both exceptional interior design and inspiring ideas for everyday well-being.

Set atop a secluded hillside on Paces Ferry Road, the newly constructed, 10,000-square-foot European-inspired home will be transformed by 18 celebrated interior designers, including Barbara Westbrook, Alison Womack Jowers, Kim Regas, Calvin Watt and Buffy Ferguson.

Designed by architect Rodolfo Castro of Castro Design Studio and built by Brad Robinson of Bradford Custom Homes & Remodeling, the Showhouse places wellness at the forefront of luxury residential design. From integrated circadian lighting and hospital-grade air and water filtration systems to a dedicated wellness suite complete with a gym, sauna, steam shower, cold plunge and massage room, the residence celebrates craftsmanship, innovation and the evolving definition of contemporary luxury.

Honorary Chairs this year are Kay Douglass and  Bradley Odom and Peter Huesemann-Odom of Studio Dixon Rye.

Interior specifications are by Cristi Rajevac of Rajevac Design Studio, who developed the home’s overarching interior vision and wellness-forward material palette, while landscape architecture is by Charlie Sears of Land Plus.

PARKING

Shuttle transportation is available and required. Details to follow. 

Our door-to-door shuttle will begin the day at 9:45 a.m. (Thursday through Saturday) and 12:45 p.m. (Sundays). The shuttle will run all day. There is absolutely no parking on Paces Ferry Road NW.  The last shuttle leaves the lot at 3:30 and the last entry time is 3:45pm. Showhouse doors close promptly at 4:15pm.

* Admission and special events tickets purchased online or onsite at Holiday Designer Showhouse  (HFH) are date- and event-specific. Tickets are valid only for the date and time of admission listed on the ticket. For directions on changing the date on your ticket, click here.
